Successful IT Carve-out & cloud migration for a Dutch Insurance broker

Following its acquisition of a Dutch insurance broker, the private equity firm BlackFin needed to separate the broker’s IT landscape from the former parent organisation quickly, while preserving business continuity. Early planning highlighted several key risks, including dependencies on ageing infrastructure and multiple legacy systems resulting from prior integrations. The carve-out program required dedicated support for the technical delivery of the separation.
