Ines drives operational excellence and execution at Moonside, bringing 10 years of consulting experience in France and a strong telco leadership background. She contributed to the launch of Tunisia’s second operator, then supported Orange Tunisia’s growth between 2010 and 2020. Former HR Director at Orange Tunisia, she advises our clients on operations as well as local HR and administration.

Nisrine leads our European consulting growth and group strategy, combining top-tier strategy training with strong product execution. After strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman in Paris, she joined Doctolib’s CEO Office and later moved into Product Management, contributing to the launch of Doctolib’s ERP for healthcare professionals. She structures our offers and drives expansion through high-impact client engagements.

Our COO combines hands-on engineering expertise with large-scale delivery leadership across France and Tunisia. Starting as a developer, he became Senior Project Manager at Orange’s Capability Center and later served as CIO for a French SME. He now shapes our technology roadmap, ensures high-quality delivery, and accelerates the deployment of reliable solutions for our clients.

Yassine leads revenue growth and strategic partnerships, with a proven track record across technology, finance, and international leadership. Former CIO of SG trading rooms in Paris, he founded a software and services company later acquired by GL Trade, then served as CEO of GL Trade in London. He also held executive responsibilities across Europe and Asia at SunGard, bringing strong governance and transformation expertise.

Hela ensures strong financial management and efficient HR operations to support Moonside’s growth. She oversees finance and administration in close coordination with external accountants, auditors, and banking partners, while strengthening compliance and processes. She also leads HR and recruitment and supports day-to-day office operations to keep teams focused and effective.
